Requirements
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
- Active state medical license and DEA registration
- Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
