We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office/operations Assistant to join our team. MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND CAN WORK FROM 8am-4pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, and organizing office supplies. Having Sales experience over the phone is a PLUS AND NEEDED.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Additional responsibilities many include scheduling, contacting customers, daily accounting, office work, maintaining equipment and supplies, coaching employees, and maintaining an upbeat and exciting atmosphere for our employees.

Requirements: 

• Some experience in office type environment in customer service, or office management or equivalent

• A willingness to learn • Driver’s license and vehicle required

• Pass background check • People skill • Phone & computer skill

• Proficient in typing, speaking writing email - Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Docs etc.

• Good communication in speaking & writing • Bilingual preferred

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10AM-6PM

: • Schedule cleans for the day and assign team or make changes if necessary.

• Answer phones and assist customers as needed

• Respond to customer voicemails/emails, resolve, and follow-up with customers, schedule estimates and be ready to jump in where needed.

• Grow and retain customers by creating connections with strong written and verbal communication skills
