All County® is looking to hire a Company Runner & Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include: driving to properties under management to place/pickup signage, lockboxes, post notices and perform interior/exterior inspections as assigned. Teammate/Employee would also cross train in the maintenance coordinator role to help facilitate the company’s goals for excellent service, growth and productivity. We are currently seeking a part time (roughly 20-30hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Driving to properties under management throughout our South King County market
  • Follow safe driving/operator practices
  • Place/Pickup Signage, Lockboxes, Post Notices, Exterior Inspection & Marketing Drops
  • Cross-train in operational functions and assist with general customer (Owner/Tenant) inquiries
    • Assist with answering some calls, texts, and e-mails from tenants/vendors for repair/maintenance requests; follow through with contacting contractors/vendors to resolve requests.
    • Keep the client (Landlord) & property manager up to date on the status of repair/maintenance requests
    • Keep property management tasks up to date in the property software management tool
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing (Bilingual is a plus)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Functional knowledge of computer/tech-related skills
