Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist with experience in child/adolescent therapy, couples counseling, and bilingual services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges and will possess the ability to create a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions for children and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
  • Provide couples counseling to address relationship issues, communication breakdowns, and conflict resolution.
  • Offer bilingual therapy services to effectively communicate with clients who prefer to receive therapy in languages other than English.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, PsyD) in [Illinois].
  • Minimum of [3] years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and couples.
  • Proficiency in providing therapy services in another language than English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
