Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Catheter Assembler in Bedford, MA. This position is based in a cleanroom environment and requires precision in assembling medical catheters according to strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical catheters following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Utilize a microscope to perform intricate assembly tasks with precision.
- Use small hand tools and equipment to manipulate and assemble delicate components.
- Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cleanroom workspace.
- Document assembly processes and quality checks accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and ensure product quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in medical device assembly or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work under a microscope and perform tasks requiring high precision.
- Proficiency in using small hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.
- Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
