Job DescriptionJob Description 

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team This position is hands on, performing trades to meet meet project objectives. We are looking for someone with a broad understanding of the construction process including but not limited to the specifics limited below. BCB offers medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform variety of hands on trades, including (but not limited to) finish carpentry, framing, door and window install and decking
  • Thorough understanding of scope of work for remodeling and new build projects
  • Maintain clean and safe workspace
  • Work with employees and subs to get job completed
  • Review and communicate production status reports
Qualifications:

  • Perform trades at high level without rework

  • Must know how to use all tools effectively and safely

  • Construction trade and aterial (including material purchasing) knowledge

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
