We are seeking a Kitchen/Bath Designer (Sales Consultant) to join our team You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Depending on the client, you may work on remodeling projects to update an existing home or start from scratch to create a custom interior design for a commercial space. Our ideal candidate knows the intricacies of bath and kitchen design projects, including the details of cabinet making and flooring installation. Having product knowledge of various materials, appliances, lighting fixtures, and finishes are also preferable.
*Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Qualifications for the position include a minimum of the following:
- Kitchen/Bath designer NKBA certified a plus
- Experience is required in Kitchen/Bath Design and sales.
- Proving record of sales and portfolio
- Extremely proficient in 20/20 Design Software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with maintaining profits.
- Customer relations experience a must, with good social and interpersonal skills.
- Easily apply
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Organizational skills necessary to handle a fast paced environment.
- Ability to draft and manage estimates in a timely manner, and communicate regularly with clients.
- Practical remodeling knowledge is a benefit.
- Must be able to expand a remodeling of the showroom and expand upon different lines of cabinetry.'
