A NYC CPA firm is looking for a Audit Partner for its Financial Services practice.

This position is a Hybrid position in NYC or Long Island

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing multiple auditing and accounting projects and client engagements.
  • Responsible for planning and executing the full scope of audits for a variety of businesses.
  • Prepare, review and analyze financial statements.
  • Simultaneously, scheduling, staffing and coordinating engagement workflow
  • Train & develop staff

Qualifications

  • CPA
  • 10+ years of audit experience in the Hedge Fund or Asset Management Practice of a Public Accounting firm
  • Experience auditing Hedge Funds
  • Experience auditing Broker Dealers
  • 5+ years of recent managerial experience in a public accounting firm
  • Strong communications, research, analytical and writing skills
