Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises production team across shift.
  • Monitor daily headcount to meet production demands.
  • Create schedules for production team.
  • Communicate with management team on needs across all shifts.
  • Ensure maximum productivity of production line.
  • Prioritize safety throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Coordinate with leads to address any personnel challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
