We are seeking a Hotel Night Auditor to become a part of our team You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Register and assign rooms to guests
  • Confirm phone and online reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints during overnight shifts
  • Collect payment from departing guests
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
  • Monitor security cameras, patrol hotel premises, and respond promptly to any security or safety concerns that arise during the night shift
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests in case of emergencies, coordinating with appropriate personnel and authorities as needed to ensure guest safety and security
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with guests
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
