Laboratory Equipment/Maintenance Coordinator

CTS is hiring a Laboratory Equipment/Maintenance Coordinator
Corpus Christi, TX. One year assignment.
*No C2C*No 3rd Parties* US Work Authorization Required*
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's of Chemistry or related field
- Previous maintenance coordination experience in a laboratory setting
- Previous Owner/Operator/Refinery experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Preferred: SAP experience (data entry, requistions, and service entires
- Must have or able to get TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credentials Card)
Job Duties:
- Maintain a database of equipment (instruments, balances, thermometers, timers, weights, etc)
- Develop maintenance schedules
- Establish preventative maintenance agreements
- Create an electronic filing system to keep track of our equipment records (downtime and quality assurance, maintenance activities, etc.)
- Develops presentations and prepares reports using MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Responsible for the preparation of electronic files of new/revised procedures, job skills training guides, operations manuals, operating procedures, etc. into EDMS & SharePoint
- Enters project requisitions, service entries and other project related task into SAP and other duties as assigned.
