**Job Title: Lumper**

**Job Overview:**
The Lumper is responsible for unloading and loading goods, assisting with the accurate and efficient movement of products within the logistics facility. This role involves manual handling of cargo, ensuring items are properly sorted and staged for further processing or shipping.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Unload and load goods from trucks and containers using manual labor or equipment.
- Sort and organize products according to specified guidelines.
- Inspect cargo for damages and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Work Environment:**
- Warehouse or distribution center setting.
- May involve working in varying weather conditions.
