What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Proven experience in orthopedic surgery, particularly in small and exotic animals, is highly desirable.
• Skills: Mastery of advanced surgical techniques and a thorough understanding of orthopedic procedures.

Physical and Technological Requirements:

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform intricate surgical procedures with precision.
  • Capability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Dexterity to handle small surgical instruments and perform fine motor tasks.
  • Endurance to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Technological Requirements:

  • Proficiency with advanced surgical equipment.
  • Familiarity with digital radiography and other diagnostic imaging tools.
  • Competence in using veterinary practice management software for patient records and scheduling.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and integrate them into practice.
