We are currently seeking a Facility Service Project Manager to support the daily operations of the Landscaping department in the Murrieta area. We are looking for someone with the right attitude to learn, grow and thrive within the organization.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Exterior Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the year-round daily operations of the landscape department, under the supervision of the CEO and COO. The Exterior Service Manager provides hands-on leadership with special projects, installations and maintenance of the landscape collection, which included, but not limited to the following:

  • Manage crew members as needed including: morning dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning, assigning or directing work lead.

  • Site walkthroughs assuring site expectations are met and prioritizing sites that have opportunities to get back to expected standards.

  • Coaching and motivating the landscaping team on safety and daily procedures.

  • Creating the landscaping schedule to make sure all work sites are serviced and maintained.

  • Assure all irrigation standards are met.

  • Maintaining Landscaping Tools and Vehicles Inventory and scheduling maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years of Landscape Supervision

  • Irrigation

  • Tree Cutting (Preferred)

  • Installations

Schedule:

Must be available, Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 2:30pm

Some Saturdays as needed

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $28.00-$30.00
