Reception/Intake at T&C Flynns Pharmacy

T&C Flynn's Pharmacy and Home Medical Equipment is looking for an Reception/Intake clerk, preferably with previous experience. The right candidate will excel in dealing with the public and assist with product selection, inventory reordering, patient concerns, and customer intake in a very fast paced retail environment. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with benefits such as paid vacation, health insurance, 401k and pension.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon intake for services.
- Gather and record demographics, order details, and patient requests.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Obtain documentation and authorization for services.
Qualifications
- Must be strong in computer/database skills
- Must be organized, reliable and punctual.
- Must be organized and success-driven.
- Must consent to CORI and background checks.
