Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Process client payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for animals and their well-being
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
