Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team This is a great opportunity for a friendly, organized bookkeeper with high standards to work in a business-casual environment
Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years Bookkeeping experience
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Ouickbooks (Businessworks Sage a plus)
- Payroll
- Invoicing
- Honest, polite and good communication skills
- Balance bank statements
- Work hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm at our office in Burien, WA
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
