Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Sales Representative  for one of their clients located in Denver (DTC). This is a full-time direct hire position. 

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sales Representative

Location: Denver, CO (DTC)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. This position requires a blend of sales expertise and technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems. The primary responsibility will be to drive and sustain business in equipment repairs or upgrades, as well as complex solutions selling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems and will primarily focus on prospecting within our existing customer base.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects and opportunities within assigned accounts, making effective sales presentations and addressing objections in a responsible and timely manner.
  • Manage quotes to close sales, identifying opportunities within existing customer bases.
  • Conduct sales presentations to influence customers to buy, understanding the prospect’s organization and decision-making process.
  • Generate sales revenue consistently through a proven track record of success.
  • Identify customer needs, address concerns, and present effective product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department, effectively communicating customer needs.
  • Utilize vertical market strategies and market forces to find opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Coordinate project work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial HVAC systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

 

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and appointments.
  • Proficiency in interpreting job conditions and recommending maintenance requirements.
  • Experience coordinating project work with subcontractors and equipment representatives.

 

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 to $90,000.
