Polished Concrete Installer

Design Crete is an industry leader in commercial epoxy flooring and concrete polishing in the Sioux Falls area. We are growing and looking to add laborers to our flooring install teams.
In this position, you will work as a part of one of our flooring install teams filling a variety of roles as the job requires. General description of work will include floor prep using power equipment and manual tools, mixing and applying flooring products with accuracy and attention to detail, handling various polishing and grinding power equipment, cleanup at jobsites, general cleaning and maintenance of grinding and polishing equipment. No experience needed, will train those willing to learn new skills.
Our crews meet at our shop in Tea each morning and travel to jobsites from there. Jobsites are typically in the Sioux Falls area, occasionally some overnight travel is required (possibly 1-2 times per year). Expect to get 40 hours per week, our crews do not typically work on nights, weekends, or holidays.
Pay range is between $17-$22 /hour, depending on experience. Starting pay will be more with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
We offer paid holidays, PTO, workwear allowances. Health Insurance available and retirement plan with employer matching available upon eligibility at 90 days.
