The Alpha Group seeking a full-time, self-motivated, hands-on Recruiter to develop and run a full recruitment desk. This position is located in Norton, MA and is a full-time position. Job Duties of the Recruiter:
• Building new business through email techniques, phone calls and mass marketing effort.
• Negotiating rates and terms with customers.
• Maintaining regular contact with customers to build and retain effective relationships and develop business opportunities.
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with sourcing candidates including direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, as well as online resources including social media and professional resources.
• Ensures that all newly hired Associates know what documentation and information is required for on boarding.
• Manage a significant candidate pipeline across many roles.
Requirements of the Recruiter:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, relationship-building skills, customer service, empathy, and resilience.
• Detail-oriented with an extreme sense of urgency.
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Ability to communicate professionally across a broad range of constituent groups.
• Fearless drive and motivation.
• Comfortable using a database, be comfortable on the phone, and work well in a high-energy environment.
• Proficient with MS Outlook.
• Can-do attitude
