Looking for an experienced Memory Care Residential Care Coordinator to join our team Competitive pay. The successful candidate will assist the Executive director in the care and medication needs of our Assisted living and Memory Care Wings.
Immediate hire for the right person.
The position is to ensure that our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is adhering to company policies and Community Care Licensing regulations (Title XXII). This is a salaried position with bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the med room to ensure orders are current, MARS are being followed, and does periodic audits to ensure compliance.
Coordinates and oversees all continuing education for care staff.
Must have a flexible work schedule and be available to respond to care & staffing emergencies that may arise.
Must be good with a computer and modern software programs and cloud storage and be able to quickly become familiar with our Resident EMAR software solution (Eldermark
Responsive to Emails and voicemails

Previous experience as a Resident Care Coordinator or Med Tech
Previous supervisor or management experience
Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Understands the importance of teamwork
Must be reliable, hard-working, upbeat, work well with others, a team player, and have a can-do attitude.
