ROI Property Group (ROI) is a real estate development company. Most of ROI’s projects are in residential real estate, which includes land acquisition and development, finished homes built to sell, finished homes built to rent, and other real estate related ventures. ROI has developments in multiple states and is continuing to grow. As the company continues to grow, we are looking to grow a dynamic accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable process
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Assisting with balance sheet account reconciliations and analysis
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Preparing journal entries, including fixed asset, accrual entries, etc.
• Assist the Senior Accountant as necessary
• Ad-hoc requests

 

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or graduating in April/May)
• Minimum of .5-2 years of relevant experience (which includes internship)
• Experience with accounting / ERP software
• Strong Excel Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail
• Organization and timeliness: Ability to stay organized and manage tasks to ensure the prompt completion of projects
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative approach to working in a team
