We are seeking an Infant and Toddler Teacher who radiates warmth, unwavering dedication, and an educational focus in the classroom. Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute developmentally appropriate lessons and activities, aligned with Infant Toddler Developmental Guidelines.
  • Foster a secure, interactive, and nurturing classroom setting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the developmental milestones of each child, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
  • Establish and nurture open lines of communication with parents, offering frequent updates on their child's evolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and staff to maintain consistent and high-quality care, utilizing tools like LTRS and CLASS for improved teaching methods.
  • Keep abreast with regulations like CACFP and adhere to its guidelines.
  • Engage in and contribute to professional development sessions and team meetings.
  • Dedicate yourself to continuous education and training in the ECE domain, including keeping updated with 'Quality First' initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona fingerprint cardA degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related discipline, or an unwavering commitment to pursuing such a degree.
  • Prior experience with infants and toddlers, especially familiarity with Infant Toddler Developmental Guidelines.
  • Knowledge of CACFP, Quality First, LTRS, and CLASS methodologies.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a profound dedication to nurturing young minds.
  • An outgoing, positive, patient, and compassionate demeanor.
  • Robust organizational, communicative, and interpersonal prowess
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Food Handlers Training
  • +Six months experience in licensed center
  • +12 Credit Hours in Early Childhood Education
