Production Control & Logistics Manager

Type: Direct Hire; 100% in office; Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: Flexible & Based on Level of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer engineering changes, particularly related to BOM.
  • Manage SAP Material Master, including creation of part numbers and maintaining detailed information (MRP view, Work center, Routing, Production version, Standard cost, Module number).
  • Oversee SAP PP Module processes, including LTP, MRP, PIR, Backlog, and production result adjustments.
  • Maintain and update production BOM in SAP/MES with relevant part and material information.
  • Track material consumption for accurate inventory management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Distribute the PART LIST MASTER to all relevant departments.
  • Monitor material history for obsolescence or inventory changes.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve the SAP system from a user perspective.
  • Coordinate EO implementation across all plant departments.
  • Manage EO part changes, including alerts, first sequence recordings, and internal/external communications.
  • Handle FO information management, including participation in EO meetings and tracking upcoming Effective Point Information (EPI).
  • Maintain EO systems such as G-EPI and SAP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-specific experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Just in Sequence production control within the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial System Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP is preferred.
