Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a full-time maintenance and a part time security person to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will perform common groundskeeping duties and assist our maintenance team with minor repairs. Additionally, the security individual will patrol assigned premises a few evenings per week. Some flexibility is allowed. Company vehicle and security uniform provided.

Security Duties: Monitor premises to prevent theft damage, violence, or infractions of rules

Maintenance Duties:

  • Groundskeeping - removal of trash, leaves, snow and Ice removal as needed,
  • Assist in light maintenance repairs, must be able to climb a ladder.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to perform limited foot patrol
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in high traffic situations.
