We are currently seeking skilled trade maintenance and repair technicians:

1. Full time Repair Technician- Drywall and framing experience

2. Painter- Exterior painting, interior painting experienced

3. Maintenance/Repair Technician- all around skilled trades experience

For 150 unit condominium community in South Fort Myers Experience in carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, light electrical, landscape maintenance, pool and irrigation experience a plus. Criminal background check required. Top benefits included.

Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of this beautiful facilities in South Fort Myers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently. The goal is to uphold the building and common areas in the best possible condition.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs

- Conduct inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or potential problems

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, janitorial maintenance and "handyman" job duties are required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, skilled trades or a related field

- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions

- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • 8 hour shift

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
