We are seeking a skilled and dedicated fabricator to join our team at W&M Services, LLC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding and fabricating tasks to produce high-quality products and meet client specifications. Your expertise and experience with ironworking will be essential to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications to determine project requirements.
• Fabricate metal components and structures using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Perform operations on steel, stainless steel, and other metals, ensuring proper weld penetration and soundness.
• Utilize cutting torches, grinders, and other hand/power tools to shape, trim, and weld components.
• Inspect welded structures and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved within designated timelines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions, including kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
