HVAC Estimator

Responsibilities:
- Properly estimate Installs and repairs for HVAC systems and equipment
- Evaluate residential HVAC projects and provide accurate cost estimates.

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations

- Utilize your expertise to assess project requirements and recommend optimal HVAC solutions.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC estimator.
- Proficient in softwright software for construction estimating and project management
- Strong knowledge of cost control methods and techniques
- Familiarity with HeavyBid software for bidding and estimating projects
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage construction projects effectively
- Solid understanding of construction management principles and practices
- Skilled in building relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
