Job Description:

Thompson Tractor Co. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing parts for New Holland equipment and various other vendors to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their equipment needs
  • Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Provide pricing and availability information to customers
