Automotive Mechanic

Position Summary:

The Automotive Mechanic is responsible for performing general front and rear brakes and suspension work routine on vehicles. The Manufacturing Technician ensures that all shop processes are properly operated and that the shop and vehicles are cleaned properly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and routine repairs on the auto vehicles.
• Front & Rear Brakes 
• Suspension work
• Diagnose and perform general maintenance vehicles.
• Complete preventative maintenance on the shop equipment and vehicles.
• Complete new hire orientation and continuous improvement programs.
• Complete required paperwork for performance awards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (three) three to (six) years with a minimum of (two) four years of experience as a technician.
• Experience with commercial equipment repair preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality customer service both in employee relations and customer relationships.
• Strong commitment to maintaining a clean shop environment.
• Driver license
