Job DescriptionJob Description

Construction Admin

·         Obtain catalogs from vendors

·         Maintain job cost within the Procore system

·         Maintain job directory through the Procore system

·         Build and maintain drawing and submittal cut sheet library

·         Develop/improve forms as needed/required for quality assurance

·         Process subcontracts for all construction projects

·         Process purchase orders and change orders to PO’s for product and                        construction

·         Obtain and assemble project spec sheets and test docs for product and                     construction manuals

·         Maintain purchasing files

·         Filing, faxing, copying and mailing for purchasing

·         Assist in preparing Construction O&M manuals

·         Maintain log of insurance certificates; request new certs for                                      outstanding/outdated

·         Copy sales folder to create project notebook/binders for new projects

·         Archiving project files

·         Support Project Managers requiring computer support

·         Sending out prequalification forms
