The Smart Fit Method is science-based fitness. It combines exercise robotics and Artificial Intelligence for a perfect, personalized workout. No plateaus. Just progress.

Trainers need to be CPR and First Aid certified and are encouraged to have the following:

  • An outgoing and encouraging attitude towards members
  • The ability to relate and communicate with different types of members
  • A legitimate background in fitness
  • A desire to learn
  • Interest or experience in sales
  • The ability to take ownership of issues
  • The ability to provide and cultivate an exceptional experience/culture
  • Organizational skills
  • The ability as well as an understanding of the importance of cleanliness of the facility
