The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is hiring a Lab Services Associate for a world-class Life Science client near Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of laboratory needs
  • Notify inventory team of shortages (glassware, lab coats, PPE, consumables, etc.)
  • Support and coordinate waste removal from labs
  • Act as liaison for third party vendors to customer lab staff for maintenance and/or repairs visits
  • Meet with key stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role in a scientific environment preferred

Additional Details:

  • Not a hands-on lab testing role. Will provide operational support in the lab where needed.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
  • 1 year contract with possibility for extension
  • 100% onsite position
  • Pay rate range: $24-29/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
