Inside Technical Sales

Description

Our Customer Service/ Sales Representative is a critical component to Exco’s day to day operations. They are the liaison between the clients and the production facility. They provide a communication to the client regarding production, quality, technical recommendations, and customer satisfaction. The position does require on site client visits to ensure the highest level of customer service and technical expertise is withheld for the customer.

Responsibilities

· Work with customers via phone conversations and e-mail to maintain good customer relations and consistent feedback.

· Participate in skills improvement for both you and other Exco employees through root cause analysis and problem solving of our processes and designs.

· Provide customers with product information and service as required.

· Provide customers with pricing information/quotes as required.

· Attend sales meetings at Exco locations.

· Travel to visit customers as necessary.

Required Qualifications

· 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing setting.

· Previous customer service experience

· Must have experience with MS Office and proficient with typing and emailing.

· Oral communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

· Willingness to travel

· Must have a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and manage more than one project at once.

· Team Player
