Job DescriptionJob Description

The restaurant supervisor's role is to make sure the restaurant is run in an efficient manner, and also to ensure the quality of food served and cleanliness are of the highest standards.  The restaurant supervisor will manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing a team of restaurant employees including servers, bartenders, hosts, and food preparation staff.  The restaurant supervisor will ensure customers receive excellent service and great food, and that they have a memorable quality experience.  Must learn to be proficient with point of sales system.

  • Managing restaurant staff work schedule
  • Conducting regular inspections of the kitchen to determine proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
  • Carrying out maintenance on all restaurant equipment and records
  • Managing and overseeing all  storage supplies for the restaurant
  • Supervising every kitchen and dining room activity to ensure customer satisfaction always
  • Flexible schedule to work assigned shifts and events
  • Create checklists/standards and follow up with one on one training
  • Be able to handle cash and deposits efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with supporting team
  • Ensuring compliance with all food health and safety requirements
