Coater Operator

Position Location

Strongsville, OH

Pay/hours for position

$20 hour 6pm-6am

Requirements of position

Previous experience with coating/printing preferred.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Must have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask.

Must possess good problem-solving skills.

Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Ability to frequently lift and or move up to 50lbs.

While performing the duties in this role, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

Responsibilities of position

Prepare, set up, and operate machines that apply inks to various products. Verify dimensions.

Monitor machines

Perform machine adjustments and routine maintenance.

Load and unload materials on and off coating machine

Maintain daily log sheets

Demonstrate accuracy and look for more ways to improve performance and quality

Meet productivity standards and complete work in a timely manner. potentially Cross training on other machines.
