Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in carpentry techniques, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a Carpenter at J.A.G.S. Contracting & Remodeling LLC, you will play a crucial role in bringing our construction projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine the scope of work.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials (wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.) according to specifications.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and cabinetry.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure project success.
• Select appropriate tools and materials for each project.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Carpenter .

• Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
