Possess a Bachelors Degree(Education) or related field. Illinois Professional Educator License(PEL) with appropriate endorsements or Educator License with Stipulations(ELS).Understanding and experience with curriculum design, planning and instruction

SPANISH FLUENCY REQUIRED

Under the direction of the building principal/Director of Special Services/Director of Curriculum, the Subject/Grade Level Educator will plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students

Basic function-to provide instruction to individuals or small groups of limited or non-English speaking students in a classroom, pull-out, supervised or other learning environment at an assigned school site

Provide instruction of the core subjects in the students' native language. Set up and manage the teaching-learning process in an effective bilingual/bicultural environment

Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required: State of Illinois Teacher Certification(including Type 03 or 09)with Bilingual Endorsement or Bilingual Approval or Type 29 Certification
