Position Description:
· Gwinnett County DoITS is seeking VOIP Technician to join the Information Technology Team supporting and assisting teams such as NOC and Radio Team. These on-site position with potential on-call.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 6 months or more of professional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale Information Technology environment.
· Minimum of 6 months or more experience working with hardware Inventory, Cisco Phones, Webex Systems, Zoom, Google meeting Apps.
· Proficiency in TDM telephone switches, VoIP, Call Manager, or VTC systems
· Ability to perform troubleshooting, configuration, and restoration of services across multiple platforms.
· General understanding of IP and transport network topologies
