Shift: Monday through Friday, schedule is tentative and will be provided once hired


Location: North Orange County


Common duties for this job: (including but not limited to)


  • Represent Juniper Cleaning positively, fostering professional and friendly interactions with clients, coworkers, and management
  • Maintains high levels of customer service for clients, associates, and management
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work areas
  • General Office Areas, break rooms, conference rooms, entrance, lobby, corridors, elevators, stairways and main offices
  • Dust and wipe cubicles, cabinets, and other desk furniture
  • Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas
  • Vacuum sweep and mop floors
  • Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies
  • Monitor restroom supplies, take inventory, and replenishing as needed
  • Continuously walk the property to inspect all areas are presentable at all times 
  • Reports known safety hazards, equipment, and customer concerns to supervisor
  • Address specific client requests within the cleaning scope, including tasks like unclogging toilets, changing light bulbs, and other related duties
  • Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires


Day Porter Qualifications: 


  • Ability to work independently
  • Advocate and cultivate a culture of teamwork and transparent communication with the night crew, sharing pertinent insights, updates, and feedback
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying
  • Lifting up to 38lbs


REQUIREMENTS: 


  • A smartphone and technology proficient is required
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Detail oriented 
  • Must be able to communicate efficiently and have a good attitude
  • Commit to ongoing training and self-improvement to enhance service quality
  • Willingness to collaborate effectively with our team
