  • $58-65k based on experience
  • Full time M-F Onsite
  • Reports to Outpatient Program Manager

Duties: Perform intakes and evaluation/assessments, develop treatment plans, provide interventions, documentation, case management services, act as a liaison between other agencies and departments, complete discharge paperwork, etc.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the nature of mental illness, severe and persistent mental illness, and addictions
  • Knowledge of mental health disabilities and behavioral health treatment modalities
  • Understanding of the client-centered approach and individualized treatment goals
  • Must have one of the following licenses OR be eligible for a provisional permit/temp license:
    • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
    • Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
    • Licensed Psychoanalyst
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Registered (LCSW- R)
