Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for immediate hire to join our team in Eagle, CO. The RBT will work collaboratively with school staff and behavioral specialists to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct support to students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct support and intervention to students with special needs in a school setting
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention strategies

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid RBT certification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
  • Must pass background check and meet state requirements for working with children in educational settings
  • Professional references required
