We are seeking a Site Superintendent to become a part of our team You will manage multiple construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate day to day aspects of each construction projects.
  • Maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct progress meetings with sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
  • maintain as-built documents for each project.
  • Supervise onsite employees and sub-contractors.
  • keep jobsite safety a priority.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction as a site superintendent.
  • Familiarity with with the details of a construction project
  • Ability to manage and make decisions as issues arise.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Must be able to preform hands on work as needed.
