Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Ceramist to join our in-house laboratory team. This role requires a meticulous individual with a passion for dental artistry and a commitment to crafting lifelike full arches. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the fabrication of full arches, directly contributing to the smiles and satisfaction of our patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Fabricate high-quality ceramic prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and full arch implants.
• Match ceramic restorations to natural teeth in color, shape, and size, ensuring seamless integration and aesthetic excellence.
• Collaborate with dental professionals and lab technicians to plan, design, and execute complex dental restorations.
• Conduct shade taking, color matching, and aesthetic evaluations to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize advanced lab equipment and techniques, maintaining proficiency with industry innovations and standards.
• Ensure all laboratory activities and restorations comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain our fun, collaborative environment through our values and your flare. We want you to bring your whole self to work daily

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Ceramist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in ceramic dentistry.
• CDT preferred.
• Proficiency in ceramic layering techniques.
• Knowledge of dental anatomy, materials, and techniques used in dental prosthetics - Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for designing dental restorations.
• Excellent attention to detail, artistic ability, and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Can do attitude and a great sense of humor is a plus
• This is an onsite position. Candidate must be able to commute to location.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary - $75K-85K
