Job Summary:

Pay Rage $20.00 - $22.00 hourly DOE

Not a remote positon.

Join our dynamic team as an Sales Representative at our growing company. As an integral part of our sales team, you will engage with potential customers, promote our products, and drive sales through cold calling and prospecting.

Duties:
- Conduct cold calling to potential customers to introduce our services.
- Communicate product features and benefits to prospects.
- Assist customers in English and Spanish to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Utilize software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Participate in market research activities to identify potential leads.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales deals effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Some Staffing Industry Experience Needed
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers.
- Interest in sales, with a willingness to learn technical sales techniques.
- Proficiency in software applications for sales tracking and reporting.
-Cold calling experience is needed

-Ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
