Direct HIre opprtunity - from day 1 you will be an employee of the Firm

Must have at least 3 years' of relevant experience to the position

Pay rate range $90K - $150K+ annually based on relevant experience

Firm has multiple locations throughout New Jersey

Hiring need is immediate

 

Prior experience handling your own family law case load is a must

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of solid family law experience and be able to work independently or seasoned family law attorneys with 10-15 years of experience. The candidate must be self-motivated, driven, an advocate for clients, have the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

The associate will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation including:

- Client communication

- Drafting of pleadings

- Discovery

 

- Motion practice

- Hearings, trials, and mediation

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of family law experience or a judicial clerkship;
  • Current license to practice law in New Jersey;
  • Strong work ethic, time-management and organizational skill;
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
