Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist 

Location: Anastasio Family Chiropractic, PC, Harwich Health Center, 11 Pleasant Lake Ave, Harwich, MA 02645

Position Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)

Job Overview:
Anastasio Family Chiropractic, PC, located at Harwich Health Center, is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy chiropractic office. The ideal candidate will be a people person with basic computer skills, eager to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling payments. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Benefits negotiable. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist with the check-in process
- Verify insurance information and update client records
- Answer phone calls, return messages, and provide information as needed
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
- Collect payments and provide receipts to clients
- Balance and reconcile payments at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
