 Job Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' grooming experience.
  • Ability to train and mentor new team members.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and company standards.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to complete all required training.
  • Ability to train and educate 5 to 10 college level grooming students for eight week intervals four times per year for a minimum of 18 hours per week with a minimum of six hours per week evening teaching, with the option to groom when not teaching. 
  • Maintain a professional demeanor. 
     
Operations and Daily Duties:
 Our ideal candidate is a grooming wizard, proficient in all tasks from bathing to brushing to styling. You'll ensure every furry friend meets our high standards before heading home. Flexibility is key—you might lend a paw with bathing, drying, nail trims, or cleaning as needed. As an educator, you'll collaborate with our education team to deliver top-notch grooming instruction. You'll empower students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the industry, covering everything from safety to sanitation to business savvy.
