Dental Hygenist

Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienists to add to our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients. We are a privately owned practice that is dedicated to create healthy smiles in our community

Our team of dental hygiene professionals are encouraged to co-diagnose, help treatment plan, and treat our patients. Our highly respected dentist treats all ages with the latest technology.

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and debridement
- Take digital x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Administer local anesthesia as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation using electronic health record systems (Dentrix)
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique throughout all procedures
- Collaborate with the dental office team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experience

- Ability to work as part of a team

Details:
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Thursday

Times: Arrive at 7:45, huddle at 8:00, patients start at 8:30-5:00 (except Mondays, which is until 6:00)

One hour given per patient unless new patient or srp, then ninety minutes
