Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent flour company in the Carthage, MO area seeking an entry level lab technician to join their team; no prior experience needed training will be provided. In this role, you will conduct tests, analyze data, and ensure that products meet our quality standards before release. Entry-Level Lab Technician

Job Summary:

  • Pay: $17-17.50 an hour

  • Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Entry-Level Lab Technician Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and analyze lab tests for production, quality control, and research purposes.

  • Test feed and wheat products to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Document test results in Total Lab Client (TLC) and prepare Certificates of Analyses.

  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and prepare chemical solutions.

  • Follow FDA, GMP, and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality requirements.

Entry-Level Lab Technician Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
